"Everything was new to me, but I had great people around me who shared their knowledge," he recalls.

Arkadiusz's promotion to Air Conditioning Department Coordinator was a natural step. He currently manages a team of six installers, ensuring efficient work organization and quality of services provided. "The greatest satisfaction for me is the opportunity to share knowledge with the team and see how we achieve goals together," he emphasizes.
Reflections after 10 years
Looking back, Arkadiusz sees how much has changed both in his professional life and in the company itself. "Over the years, SMSKLIMA has developed dynamically - today we are a leader in the region, but it is the people who create this company. I am glad that I can be part of this team," he adds.
